A Statement of Affairs Will Be Prepared By an Official Receiver Office
During the interview process with a bankrupt entity an official receiver office will work to get a statement of affairs prepared. This is a statement that illustrates the debts that a person owes. This will also include information on the creditors that one owes money to. This data will be used as a means of helping to get a good summary ready for a case.
The statement of affairs that the official receiver will prepare is a relatively large file. It will generally be at least thirty pages in length in most cases. This should be enough to handle all of one’s data.
